Can I get a template without the flash features?
Yes. All templates have a non-flash version that can be used instead of the flash version.
Can I use my own hosting company if I use Black and White Inc to build my website?
Yes. If you decide to keep your website with your current hosting company we can still build you a website. When the site is done and paid for, we will then release the files to you or the company which hosts your site. We want to encourage you to use our business partner, Java|Pipe, for your hosting/email needs but we also want to be as accommodating as possible.
Do I supply all additional material? I.e. photos, music, video, etc.?
You are expected to submit all additional material to us before initiation of your project. All information can be submitted via email unless otherwise agreed upon. If any material is excessive in size, please burn it to a CD/DVD and mail it certified. Please notify and make arrangements for anything that has to be mailed. If you don't have this material Black and White Inc would be happy to accommodate you. We would use stockhouses, stock material or royalty-free intellectual property. All arrangements and additional pricing would be agreed upon by the contracting party and Black and White Inc prior to implementation.
Does your company only build websites for businesses?
No, we also build personal websites, family websites, etc. Whatever you are in need for, we can accommodate. Check out our portfolio page for some examples.
